Halloween

 Our little cinderella :)


On Halloween Mady had a joy school party and then we chilled at home while i made john a prince charming outfit.  Then that night we had the ward trunk or treating.  I was Cinderella's pumpkin carriage since i was 38 weeks pregnant and quite large.  After that we walked around our neighborhood and met up with some friends.  It was a really fun night.  Mady quite enjoyed herself :)

Joy School

 I have helped or hosted Joy School twice now.  It is crazy hectic and a little headache inducing but the chilrens love it :)  The one I had at my house was about pumpkins and the color orange.  We made sticker jack o laterns, played with orange balloons, filled little jackolaterns with candy, colored a picture, and had a snack.  Mini chocolate chip pumpkin muffins and goldfish.  The kids had a lot of fun.  We also read some stories and did a flipchart of 'orange pumpkin orange pumpkin what do you see".  The other one I helped with was on Halloween and we had a fun party! :)

A Temple FHE

We have been trying (pre baby)  To do a FHE lesson and activity once a week.  It usually happens on a Tuesday and Mommy does all the work because John is gone till dinner time on Tuesday.  Anyways one of the fun activities we did was building sugar cube temples and of course had a lesson on temples.  Mady loved it :)  Here are some pics and such :)

This is mady's first day of Joyschool.  She loves it!  There are 9 kids in the class.  It is quite stressful when it is your turn to have it at your house but its also nice to have a 2 hour break once a week :)

Our ward had a fall festival.  It was really fun.  They had pony rides, hay rides, good food and a pie eating contest.
