Madylena is 1!!!

So we finally took out the walk behind that was part of her bouncy activity center and she loves it!



I was surprised at how well she did with it her first time :) my little girl is growing up and i love it and hate it all at once :) i love watching her play with things and figure things out. She is growing up before my eyes :) I'm not missing those old days when she was little because i know i can have it again with the next child. So right now I'm just enjoying my beautiful little girl :) tiny also had her first try at spaghetti noodles and all and she loved it:) there is hope for this girl! that is one of the first solid foods that wasn't mashed.... she is slow in getting the hard stuff down but I'll know she will get it soon :) We celebrated Mady's birthday by heading to my mom and dads and had sandwiches from the sandwich tree and then had Mady open her presents... she loved doing that :) takes after her momma:) Then we sang to her and she blew out her candles. We ate cake and ice cream and let tiny attack her cake it was so fun :) tomorrow john and i will be heading to Utah with Laura and Bryan to hit lagoon and raging waters and just get away! :) I'm so excited :) post pictures later :)

The day after mady's birthday we went up in the mountians for our Huntsman family reunion. It was fun but i hate camping!!! :) i just don't like bugs.... i loathe bugs:) There were a bunch of cows and one morning one jumped the fence and my aunt and uncle had to get it out. I woke up to two bulls fighting each other. They were in heat and were acting crazy!!! i was going to look out my tent to see how close it was but i was afraid it would charge tiny and i in the tent :) i've never been so scared of cows in my life! they made sounds that cows do NOT make! :)some of the guys shot arrows by them and marshmellows at them to get them to leave and they did :) i love getting together with family it is the greatest joy in this world! :) heres some pics :)





The family under the tent aren't hiding from the picture being taken but they are hiding from the onslaught of marshmellows coming their way :)


Wow pretty...ugh

The happenings lately :)

So here has been what has been going on around here lately....



I tried my hand at stuffed Cornish hens and they turned out pretty good although i don't really like messing with whole animals. i felt like a predator picking it apart :)
Also tiny has found a new face to do :) it's kind of creepy, but cute all at the same time...




She also indulged in her first piece of chocolate all just for her and she loved it :) maybe a little too much :)




Now for the fourth of July :) or i guess it is the third we went to the murris for a BBQ then my fam and I rode our bikes to the fireworks :) it was so fun tiny was exhausted by the end but for that matter so was I :) tiny took to the fireworks just like i thought she would. she just stared wide eyed the whole time then almost fell asleep in the middle of them :) it was a fun day :)









Next day of fun that i took pictures of is our family boating day :) it was fun and i got fried :) here are some pics :)













Now new things with tiny :) she absolutley adores her little stuffed elephant I found her for Christmas. it is so sweet to see her hug and kiss it before bed or anytime we let her have it :) so sweet...


Tiny has my sensitive skin along with some exzema. She has been battling a rash by her moth forever because its so close to her mouth we can't put everything on it because she tends to lick it off. We will find mady a bloody mess when she scratches off scabs. So we decided to get tough. We put stuff on it all the time and now we decided to stop the scratching too. Here are some pics :)

Not much....

MADY WANTS A BIG HUNK SOME DAY!!! TRAINED HER WELL :)

Well not much going on around here just living life :) john and I have gotten into Glee and are almost done with the first season :) it makes me want to dance and sing and yet at the same time depresses me that i can't really do that anymore. Tiny is crawling like a monster and follows me everywhere! she is found standing up in here crib when we get her from her nap and is just getting cuter everyday! i only have one month to get her birthday party planned... can you believe she will be one!!!! time goes by so fast! john is still working at broulims and golfing in his free time. I'm just trying to keep things clean and soak up the sun :) Mady and I are going to run some errands today and then go swimming both of our favorites :) I'm trying to get our finances in order from when john was jobless and it is proving to be quite difficult :) but that is not stopping us from our fun getaway to lagoon and seven peaks in Utah the first of August! I'm so excited! anyways not much going on around here but livin life and loving it :)

Loving life...

I have not made any decisions on any family related things yet but for now i will just enjoy loving my life right now :) Today was johns only day off this week so we decided to go to the zoo :) we had a blast! it was cold so we had to wrap up but it was so fun. Mady especially liked the monkeys and penguins. Which our john and I's favorites as well :) Then we visited our Friends at the snow shack and later we are going to bubbas for dinner with them. Over all a really fun day yeah!!! :) the only thing i can complain about right now is my leg. I noticed a red spot and line on my leg a couple nights ago. actually john pointed it out. I thought it was from crossing my legs on each other but it didn't go away. I also have a spot on my thumb. Yesterday they felt like burns and only hurt when i touched them. Now they are developing blister like bumps and hurts all the time... i will go to the doctor if it gets worse but only if it gets really bad for i don't have insurance :) let me know if you think you know what it is :) thanks.... Whelp I'm off to enjoy the rest of this fun day see ya :)

What a day

Well today was definitely an interesting Sunday. No dad i did not make friends unless you count all the old people staring at us as we walk out of sacrament, john covered in pee and myself covered in baby spit up. Lovely eh? :) so we came home changed and put the nasty grumpy little thing to bed :) to the older readers. how did you know when you were ready to try for a second child? I am baby hungry both john and I look into every car seat we walk by to see if its a cute little newborn :) I have sisters and friends getting pregnant and i have always wanted to have kids the same age cousins like our murri family so they can play together while us moms chill out, and experience pregnancy together. I also wanted my kids close together so they can be as close as I am with my family, and so they can actually go to school together and look out for one another. On the other hand i wanted Mady to be almost three so she could help me with my next baby (get me diapers and such). I also wanted to lose weight before i got pregnant again but I've been working on it for eight months and nothing. The biggest reason not to have another baby is because i love sleep and am just starting to get it every night again and i love it :) Let me know your thoughts but also keep in mind i may not be able to have anymore children or it may take a few years but it also may happen quickly because I've gotten pregnant before....who knows.
Well I've started an extremely horrible and strict diet and am going to exercise way more than i can ever do and be happy so this next little while may suck but if i lose weight it will be way worth it.... wish me luck!!! love ya all. Can't wait to spend this evening and tomorrow evening with my family doing FHE :) I'm so glad that i live so close to family they are my greatest joy in life. :) especially the ones i see everyday :)

From Arizona and back....Finally settled....

So sleepy :)
Well we made it back alive from that long Arizona drive :) we had a fun time and really enjoyed the weather.... the golfing swimming and of course Brandon and Kristen :) I'm happy to be home in my own bed though :) we are settled into our apartment. we finally feel home now that we have cable and Internet haha :) john is working at the Shelley broulims until he knows whether he got the enterprise or sears optical job cross your fingers for him :) since he is at work everyday till evening and I'm in the solitude of Shelley i get quite lonely and i wish i had someone who had a baby mady's age so they could play. I just read that babies her age need to play with other babies her age. We will see i guess. Our ward has mostly elderly people or the families have 4 kids all ready. Plus I'm not so good at making friends :)hmmmm what else is there.... i wish summer would come!!! not that I'd go outside to enjoy it unless john was home or i went and did something with someone else who has a car haha :) well i have to go entertain my baby :)
